Feeling flaoting
I remember in some days when I lie down in bed i feel me and whole bed would fly (more like flowing in a river)
later i discovered that due to some blood pressure anomalies these kind of sensations will create by mind
To get this wired feeling you needs to prep the body and mind first
try meditation - trick is to don't think anything at all, you should try to skip if something come in to your mind, simply ignore it
try doing this 2 to 5 minutes per day
when you do this for a week you will feel your body being vibrate than usual
don't be fool by thinking you having high blood pressure
after getting this vibration sensation in your body you simply needs to focus on its frequency
when you lie down in flat surface , try to focus on your heartbeat , then you will feel there is much higher frequency you can achieve , start feeling that rapid vibration in your body go with it , then your mind no longer be able to control it and take you out of the body to a dream land, only difference is you fully awake you can control most of it, and you know you simple lying down at home and have that confidence you cannot be harm, this is only a dream.P.S you may feel tired after coming back to body
P.s trick to do things quickly. Lie down on back. Try to relax your muscles. Then close your eyes and try not to move your body. Stay still as possible as you can. That's it. If fall asleep then try it another time or day
